Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused gear in its original retail packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective films are intact.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
