How long does shipping take for paintball markers and airsoft guns?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that high-end markers and custom airsoft equipment may require an additional 24-48 hours for quality control inspection before dispatch.
What is the return policy on protective gear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, base layers and face masks cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the item has been worn on the field.
Do you offer a warranty on HK Army electronic loaders and tanks?
Yes, all HK Army electronics and carbon fiber tanks come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal.
